说人话: 就业服务中心、人力资源市场这些公家机构，介绍工作、职业指导、政策咨询、办就业和失业登记，全都不收钱。法律还明文不许它们拿这些服务去赚钱。零工市场的登记和发布信息也免费。顺手把失业登记办掉，领失业金和认定就业困难人员都要用它。
