成本: 不花钱。报名之前，在留服中心的通知公告里搜一次学校名
说人话: 留服中心会点名一批国外院校，对它们的学历认证单独加强审查，也会暂停受理个别学校的认证申请。被点名的往往就是宣传里「免语言、免出境、几个月拿硕士」的那种。报名前搜一次学校名，比事后申诉省事得多。
收益: 中国（教育部）留学服务中心一直在发公告，对部分国外院校的学历学位认证加强认证审查（对这些学校的文凭单独多查一道）。最新一份是第九号（2025-10-28）。留服中心还发过暂停受理个别境外院校认证申请的公告，也发过提示，说有人借国（境）外学历学位认证实施诈骗
