说人话: 一根合规软管几十块。到期就换，这是《城镇燃气管理条例》写明的用户义务。自己改管道、拆燃气表是条例明令禁止的。同一部条例还写了，燃气公司不能要求你买它指定的产品和服务。上门说「必须换」的推销，可以直接拒绝。
