说人话: AI 中转站就是低价转卖境外大模型接口的网站。上海有个站长因此被刑事拘留 37 天，取保后他自己说肯定会被判刑，已经退赔退赃。国家安全部也发过提示，说不少中转站没有运营资质，还私自把用户数据传到境外。
